What you will do

• Support Risk Data Services by onboarding new data sources, metadata, and tenants.
• Partner with stakeholders to intake, refine, and validate onboarding requests.
• Execute and monitor data control framework activities and data quality checks.
• Perform root cause analysis for data issues and collaborate on remediation.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI and internal workflows via Power Apps.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data platform teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or risk data roles.
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent consulting/training background.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data flows, and data governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and advanced Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and comfortable with onsite work in Charlotte.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with metadata management and data quality tools.
• Awareness of AI and Copilot-based solutions for process automation.
