What you will do

  • Set the creative bar and own the quality and executional direction across all brand tiers.
  • Lead the narrative and visual identity end-to-end, ensuring consistency between marketing and in-product experiences.
  • Implement a tiered production model and embed AI tools into the daily creative workflow for productivity gains.
  • Connect creative decisions to commercial growth by using data to sharpen output and performance.
  • Coach and develop the in-house creative studio and manage external agency and production partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Creative Operations on budgets, resourcing, workloads, and timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Creative or equivalent in a scaled consumer, D2C, or marketplace business.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating elite brand-building and measurable impact across performance, social, and digital channels.
  • Track record of leading in-house creative teams and managing external agency relationships.
  • Experience operating a tiered delivery model balancing high-end craft with high-volume agile content.
  • AI-native approach with a clear POV on how AI tools reshape creative production and brand discovery.
  • Must be based in London for on-site work.
