What you will do

• Develop, run, and maintain Python-based scoring automation processes for annual environmental disclosures.
• Build and improve internal tools to streamline data processing and quality assurance workflows.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data including Excel, database outputs, and JSON/YAML formats.
• Translate complex scoring requirements and methodology rules into automated business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scoring, Methodology, Product, and Engineering.
• Conduct technical investigations and exploratory analysis to identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or commutable to London, UK for hybrid office attendance.
• Experience with Python programming and data manipulation, preferably using Pandas.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Basic experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Logical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into clear steps.
• Understanding of software development principles like debugging, testing, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Pytest.
• Familiarity with Docker and command-line tools.
• Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Azure.
