What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into product improvements.
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality backend software.
• Shape system architecture and optimize for scalability and performance.
• Guide the technical direction of major initiatives and mentor team members.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and team practices.
• Work with a tech stack including Golang, Python, MySQL, F#, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in software craftsmanship, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into precise technical specifications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and communicate ideas clearly.
