Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 per annum

What you will do

• Develop and enhance a bespoke in-house wealth management platform to support new client onboarding.
• Design and optimize complex database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines using Spark SQL and PySpark.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of future platform functionality.
• Improve CI/CD processes and deployment practices across the engineering environment.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience in SQL Development, Data Engineering, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Spark SQL.
• Strong experience with Python and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with Azure technologies (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions).
• Ability to translate complex business logic into technical database solutions.
• Must be based in the UK (applicants outside the UK cannot be considered).
