Location: London office with mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Work from Anywhere Policy for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Build low latency, scalable trading services in Rust including OMS, exchange gateways, and risk management systems.
• Enhance and maintain OMS for efficient order execution, routing, and management in high-frequency trading.
• Iterate on cutting-edge systems as part of a fast-paced engineering team.
• Develop new financial services, systems, and architecture at the forefront of cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem.
• Apply low latency, high throughput techniques and algorithms.
• Ensure security with advanced encryption schemes and collaborate with other tech teams for high-quality products.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in C++ and/or Rust.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience in multithreading, network programming (including multicast), performance benchmarking and tuning.
• Experience in trading systems architecture: OMS, exchange gateways, market data, high-throughput low-latency systems.
• Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and distributed systems.
• Commitment to high-quality software with embedded testing at all stages: unit, integration, performance, and failure recovery.
