What you will do

• Co-develop and communicate brand strategy in alignment with commercial and cross-functional partners.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans and manage annual revenue and expenditure forecasts.
• Develop and implement operational marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate congress participation and manage national and international events.
• Systematically track competitor activities and utilize market research to anticipate strategic moves.
• Support sales team training in collaboration with medical and training departments.

Requirements

• Completed degree in science, business administration, or marketing.
• 4+ years of successful experience in marketing.
• Very good written and spoken skills in German and English.
• Strong analytical skills paired with creativity and a structured approach.
• Ideally previous experience within sales management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
