Location: Hybrid role, must be based within the EMEA region (Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, or UK)

What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to drive business growth and lead generation.
- Manage marketing budgets and execute multi-channel campaigns across web and e-commerce platforms.
- Lead internal communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement across all Customer Centre divisions.
- Strengthen brand presence and ensure alignment with strategic objectives of the Vacuum Technique business area.
- Collaborate with Business Line Managers and Sales teams to convey brand messages to end customers.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to optimize customer-centric solutions and drive revenue targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Professional qualification in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing people and teams within a decentralized matrix organization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including HubSpot, Showpad, Sprout, AEM, and C4C.
- Basic creative skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and web publishing tools.
- Must be based within the geographical location of the Customer Centre (EMEA)

- Knowledge of vacuum products and brands.
