What you will do

• Design, implement, and test internal controls in compliance with SOX/PCAOB standards.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness against financial reporting standards.
• Prepare audit documentation and coordinate responses with external auditors.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and HR to align on findings and remediation.
• Assess the impact of business process changes on the control environment.
• Standardize processes and controls across international subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in Ireland is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 4+ years (Mid) or 6+ years (Senior) of experience in audit or internal controls.
• Minimum 2 years of specific experience in SOX or PCAOB.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Netsuite or Lucanet experience as a plus.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CISA.
