What you will do
- Own the end-to-end AP cycle, including receipt, coding, approval routing, and payment preparation in NetSuite.
- Prepare fortnightly payment runs and perform monthly bank reconciliations across various accounts and currencies.
- Manage supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain strong relationships.
- Support the month-end close process by reconciling the AP ledger and flagging unprocessed invoices.
- Assist in the external audit process by providing necessary AP schedules and documentation.
- Drive process improvements and automation, exploring AI-assisted tools to reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong reconciliation skills with high accuracy under volume pressure.
- Working knowledge of VAT treatment on supplier invoices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Duleek office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted tools or automation in finance.
- Experience with multi-currency AP in an international context.
- Background in a SaaS or technology business environment.
