What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end AP cycle, including receipt, coding, approval routing, and payment preparation in NetSuite.
  • Prepare fortnightly payment runs and perform monthly bank reconciliations across various accounts and currencies.
  • Manage supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain strong relationships.
  • Support the month-end close process by reconciling the AP ledger and flagging unprocessed invoices.
  • Assist in the external audit process by providing necessary AP schedules and documentation.
  • Drive process improvements and automation, exploring AI-assisted tools to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong reconciliation skills with high accuracy under volume pressure.
  • Working knowledge of VAT treatment on supplier invoices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Duleek office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted tools or automation in finance.
  • Experience with multi-currency AP in an international context.
  • Background in a SaaS or technology business environment.
