What you will do

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for EMS enhancements.
• Develop comprehensive business specifications, including epics, initiatives, and user stories.
• Conduct gap analyses between current EMS functionalities and future-state platform capabilities.
• Lead coordination efforts for the new Global EMS platform implementation with IT and external vendors.
• Ensure all deliverables meet legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.
• Advise on scalable integration patterns for high-performance interfaces.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience in investment banking or capital markets.
• In-depth understanding of Execution Management Systems (EMS) and front-to-back trading workflows.
• Hands-on experience with API-driven integrations including REST, HTTPS, and FIX.
• Strong familiarity with financial instruments such as Equities, Bonds, and Structured Products.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in Singapore for this onsite role.
