What you will do

• Build, maintain, and evolve product roadmaps to generate impactful solutions for diverse clients.
• Facilitate analysis workshops using agile methodologies to outline business vision and project release plans.
• Create key artifacts including personas, epics, and stories to maximize product value.
• Manage the product backlog and liaise between C-suite executives, developers, and UX designers.
• Mentor the Business Analysis community of practice in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering impactful software within collaborative delivery teams.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Experience modeling business processes and facilitating requirement elicitation sessions.
• Experience in coaching, leading teams, and resolving stakeholder conflicts.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) due to client security clearance requirements.
