Business Analyst (Asset Management)

Focus on gathering and documenting requirements, identifying process gaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting change implementation.

What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for projects and process enhancements.
• Work with SMEs to identify process gaps and define future-state workflows.
• Assist in preparing business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Support project managers in tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate workshops, stakeholder communications, and status updates.
• Support change readiness, UAT testing, and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in business analysis, project coordination, or change support (financial services preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to document requirements, workflows, and specifications clearly.
• Effective collaboration across teams and proactive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset management, investment operations, or financial markets.
