What you will do

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of expense management across the COO Office.
  • Monitor and analyze department-wide expenses to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Create interactive data visualization tools using Power BI and Tableau for performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly marketing spend reports and recommendations for budget reallocations.
  • Coordinate annual budget exercises and perform variance analysis against actuals.
  • Manage expense control measures and coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Financial Services, specifically in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Premier Banking.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python/R for statistical analysis.
  • Expert-level skills in Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView for complex interactive drill-downs.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macros and Power Pivot for financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with banking data privacy standards (PDPA, GDPR) and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
