What you will do

• Monitor and analyze regional market dynamics, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
• Translate national product strategies into tailored regional marketing plans.
• Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly regional marketing plans.
• Establish a close inter-departmental communication mechanism within the region.
• Build and maintain a strong network of regional KOLs, key HCPs and hospital administrators.
• Ensure all regional marketing activities comply with local regulations and company compliance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and business English (reading and writing).
• Familiar with the pharmaceutical market in the assigned region, including local healthcare policies and hospital distribution channels.
• Experience in organizing and executing academic promotion activities, KOL management, and sales team enablement is essential.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (50-60% travel).
• Over 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
