What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the Advanced Portfolio in medicine globally.
• Manage the end-to-end peer review process, including prescreening and final decision-making.
• Commission high-quality papers and build collaborative relationships with leading researchers.
• Support the launch and management of new Advanced spin-off titles.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement brand-enhancing events and initiatives.
• Inform medical cluster strategies in partnership with in-house editorial teams.

Requirements

• PhD in a medical specialty required.
• Demonstrated experience in commissioning and manuscript handling.
• Strong global network within medical research communities.
• Proven ability to convert strategic visions into actionable plans.
