Location: Remote (Western US); travel up to 60% within the assigned region

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global as the genomic and clinical expert to clinicians, hospitals, academic institutions, and regional professional organizations/patient advocacy groups.
• Build relationships with regional key opinion leaders and key decision makers.
• Deliver scientific/clinical presentations on genomics and genetic testing across the hirify.global product portfolio.
• Support genetics and non-genetics professionals with clinical information and educational materials that promote access to genomic testing.
• Support healthcare providers and administrators in operationalizing pre-test counseling, test result interpretation, and test result-based clinical management.
• Gather regional insights and partner with Regional Sales Directors to enable sales teams and execute regional sales strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Genetic Counseling.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or academic role as part of a Health Systems team or as a genetic counselor.
• Less than 2 years of experience in an MSL or similar industry role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus presentation and public speaking ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Travel up to 60% within the assigned Western US region.
