What you will do

• Design and implement education programs for clinical service delivery and paramedic equipment.
• Conduct PCP and ACP audits and field assessments to ensure compliance with protocols.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, deficiencies, and training needs.
• Collaborate on investigations of clinical incidents and complaints.
• Represent the TQA department on committees and task forces.
• Support the development of new employee orientations and clinical policies.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education and completion of an approved Primary Care or Advanced Care Paramedic program.
• Minimum five years of paramedic field experience.
• Registration with PANB as a Primary Care or Advanced Care Paramedic.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources and work with diverse software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in New Brunswick.
