What you will do

• Provide daily application support for key business systems in trading and wealth management for front-office users.
• Investigate and document root causes of common issues to accelerate future resolutions.
• Manage user expectations and communicate clearly during incidents.
• Collaborate with local and global teams adhering to global IT support processes and service standards.
• Identify and automate routine support workflows to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience, including internships.
• Experience in providing technology and business support across different locations and applications.
• Fluency in English.
• Understanding of Agile Methodology and database design with the ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Must be located in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial products, trade lifecycle management, and wealth management operations.
