What you will do

• Provide on-site desktop support in the Singapore office and remote support to global users
• Triage and resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
• Administer and support Windows and macOS environments, including device builds and deployments
• Manage core EUC technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Support audiovisual systems and meeting room technology
• Coordinate IT risk management and business continuity efforts locally

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
• Proven experience supporting Windows and macOS in a medium to large organization
• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools like SCCM, Intune, or Jamf
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
