What you will do

• Administer a comprehensive sales technology stack to drive operational efficiency across the sales lifecycle.
• Design automated workflows and maintain high-fidelity dashboards to track organizational performance.
• Configure complex system components, integrations, user roles, and security controls.
• Monitor platform performance and data integrity, performing root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Develop reports and data processes to support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement technology.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support (H-1B, STEM OPT, etc.).
• Ability to perform onsite identity verification if required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Seismic, HighSpot, or Zoho.
• Proficiency in SQL, cloud applications, and database management.
• Knowledge of data governance and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Familiarity with commission systems and change management processes.
