Senior 2nd Line Engineer (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across IT Infrastructure, including O365, Azure, SCCM, and Intune.
• Deliver high-touch technical on-site and face-to-face support for VIPs and Executives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room AV equipment to a high standard.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support calls via ServiceNow to meet departmental KPIs and SLAs.
• Document technical solutions and maintain the Group Active Directory and CMDB.
• Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and internal IT teams to resolve IT services.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in VIP and Executive level IT support.
• Proficiency with AD, O365, Azure, Intune, PowerShell, and SCCM.
• Solid experience using ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server and Workstation operating systems.
• Working knowledge or certification in ITIL Service Management methodologies.
• Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for hybrid work
