What you will do

• Provide onsite IT support for office environments, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure, including network cabling, patching, and telephony solutions.
• Support Windows 365 infrastructure, endpoints, and video conferencing systems.
• Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate equipment deployment for joiners and leavers.
• Collaborate with Group IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document technical processes and improve operational efficiency through system testing and implementation.

Requirements

• University degree or BAC+2/3 in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Intune, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows 11 and Windows 365 environments.
• Mandatory: Excellent English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and physical networking support.
