What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the Advanced portfolio in dermatology globally.
• Commission high-quality papers and build collaborative relationships with leading researchers.
• Act as a visible ambassador for the journal at conferences and within the research community.
• Manage the peer review process and editorial decision-making for submitted manuscripts.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and editorial teams to enhance journal visibility and impact.
• Drive the launch and development of new titles within the Advanced portfolio.

Requirements

• PhD in dermatology, immunology, allergy, or skin biology required.
• Strong understanding of the dermatology research landscape and established academic credibility.
• Proven experience in manuscript handling, peer review, and editorial decision-making.
• Extensive global network within dermatology and related research communities.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Post-doctoral research experience.
