What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture design across multiple R&D and medical initiatives.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant, and high-impact technical solutions.
• Influence architectural decisions and strategy across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise standards, security policies, and regulatory frameworks like GxP and GDPR.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and technology teams to balance innovation with enterprise constraints.
• Stay current with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, digital twins, and edge computing to inform design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience designing enterprise-grade solutions in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and diverse teams without direct authority.
• Experience with cloud-native design (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API/microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models, DevOps practices, and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
