What you will do

• Lead 10+ hour-long live sessions weekly for students ranging from beginner to advanced levels.
• Take responsibility for the success and tracking of approximately 400 students every 6 months.
• Simplify complex DeFi and crypto concepts using the ELI5 method.
• Conduct research and write two short articles per week about DeFi tools, projects, and news.
• Create video content and Loom recordings on various crypto topics.
• Perform technical and on-chain analysis to evaluate investments and identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in EST or APAC time zones.
• Experience leading education initiatives or programs.
• Proven active user of DeFi with a strong presence in the community and social media.
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto/blockchain space.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to explain technical architectures simply.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
