What you will do

• Design and optimize websites, landing pages, and registration/authentication flows with hand-off to WordPress and frontend developers
• Build user flow and journey maps to improve end-to-end acquisition experience
• Conduct qualitative research including session recordings, heatmaps, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create app store assets like screenshots and feature graphics for App Store and Google Play
• Ensure responsive, accessible designs adhering to brand guidelines and design systems across regions and languages
• Document design decisions for accurate developer implementation

Requirements

• Proficient English (B2+) written and spoken
• 4+ years as Product Designer in product companies with portfolio of websites, landings, and registration flows
• Hands-on experience improving sign-up flows via qualitative research and iterative improvements with measurable impact
• Strong skills in user flow/journey maps, qualitative research (interviews, usability testing, heatmaps, session analysis)
• Experience with app store creatives and ASO visuals
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, visual design (typography, layout), responsive UI for web/mobile
• Practical knowledge of WordPress (Elementor/Gutenberg), custom frontend hand-off, basic HTML/CSS/JS
• Designing for multi-language/regional products

• Experience with FinTech products

• Using AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Figma AI, etc.)
