What you will do

• Plan and execute research studies, ranging from quick usability tests to deeper strategic discovery.
• Translate complex behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations for designers and product managers.
• Analyze user journeys using tools such as FullStory, Maze, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and Data Analysts to ensure findings drive actual product improvements.
• Maintain high standards for the research toolkit and integrate the latest industry trends and UX patterns.

Requirements

• Foundational background in qualitative and quantitative UX research, including surveys and usability testing.
• Familiarity with modern research and analytics tools like Maze, UserTesting.com, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester office under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience or a strong interest in the real money gaming or gambling industry.
• Exposure to Figma or a background in UI/UX design.
