What you will do

• Support execution of rollout plans for customer support initiatives and improvements.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Process Management, Platform teams, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Prepare teams for new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Support development of rollout communications and guidance materials.
• Track rollout progress, follow up on actions, and monitor adoption and feedback.
• Identify and escalate risks or blockers during implementation and contribute to lessons learned.

Requirements

• Experience in customer operations or customer service.
• Experience in project or implementation coordination and change support roles.
• Comfort working with multiple teams and ensuring delivery of coordinated work.
• Structured, proactive approach to organizing work and driving follow-through.
• Experience with process or operational support, business analysis, or reporting.
