What you will do

• Source, attract, and engage top talent for technical and consulting positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Track recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with strong independent sourcing capabilities.
• Proven experience recruiting technical profiles, specifically in Data, AI, and Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona.

• Familiarity with Workable ATS.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German.
