Location: Hybrid in Barcelona (3 days office / 2 days home)

What you will do

• Support the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to final placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Create engaging job advertisements and source talent via LinkedIn and headhunting.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Work with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics to drive growth.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment (agency experience preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to work from the Barcelona office.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR).
