Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Remote/WFH available in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu)

What you will do
- Organize medicals, police checks, and inductions for new hires.
- Coordinate closely with candidates to minimize mobilization delays.
- Arrange employee travel and order necessary uniforms.
- Raise purchase orders (PO) as required for administrative needs.
- Maintain high accuracy in managing employee data and updating HR systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a related HR role.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for managing and maintaining accurate data records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
