TL;DR

HR Generalist (US & PH Operations): Managing end-to-end HR operations for employees in the US and Philippines with an accent on compliance, employee relations, and administrative support. Location: Hybrid; Must reside within NCR or neighboring region and be amenable to work in Makati, Philippines

What you will do

  • Manage HR inquiries for US and PH teams via the central HR inbox.
  • Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation for both regional teams.
  • Oversee annual compliance training and monitor new hire training progress.
  • Administer performance review cycles and track employee relations across regions.
  • Manage US-specific administrative tasks, including Workers' Compensation and unemployment claims.
  • Generate monthly HR reports and metrics and coordinate company equipment returns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the Philippines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting U.S. employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and working knowledge of U.S. HR processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Workspace.
  • Must reside within NCR or neighboring region.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a multi-country or shared services HR environment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. compliance requirements regarding unemployment and workers' compensation.
  • Experience with training tracking systems and performance management tools.
