TL;DR

Location: Must reside within NCR or neighboring region and be amenable to work in Makati (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Coordinate onboarding for US and PH employees, including E-Verify processing and background checks.
  • Provide recruitment coordination support through interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Manage employee documents and maintain up-to-date profiles in BambooHR.
  • Handle US-specific HR tasks, including 401(k) notifications and Open Enrollment activities.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring all documentation and exit surveys are completed.
  • Assist with travel planning and other administrative HR projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., BambooHR) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Must reside within NCR or neighboring region.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting both Philippines and global HR teams.
  • Familiarity with onboarding tools such as E-Verify and background check systems.
  • Exposure to benefits administration, such as 401(k) and open enrollment processes.
