What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, online, and email channels.
• Perform root cause correction to eliminate the recurrence of issues rather than treating symptoms.
• Verify and troubleshoot complex technical issues before involving development teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to address client needs.
• Manage tasks according to designated service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive improvements in internal procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B technical support for enterprise-level customers.
• Experience in a SaaS environment with the ability to master complex software platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multi-platform/system environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam (On-site).
• English: Native or fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Industry experience in property management or related software.
• Proficiency in a second European language (German, Spanish, French, or Dutch).
