What you will do

• Lead discovery & design workshops to capture client requirements and outline solution specs.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, consultants, developers, and architects to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through reviews, escalations, and alignment checks.
• Champion Salesforce best practices and guide clients on optimal strategies.
• Support pre-sales with expertise on scoping and new business development.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects in consulting.
• Strong communication for building client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge with hands-on configuration experience.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.
