What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the bot detection and fraud prevention platform.
• Deliver compelling, story-driven product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements from scoping to validation.
• Translate complex security and networking concepts into clear business value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless deployments.
• Provide technical training and enablement for both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney to align with customer time zones.
• Expert-level understanding of HTTP and modern web application technologies.
• Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools and network analyzers.
• Solid grasp of layer 4 and 7 networking, including load balancing and reverse proxies.
• Experience working with CDN platforms such as CloudFront, Cloudflare, or Akamai.
• Deep understanding of web application architecture and SDK integration.
