What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical expert for the bot detection and fraud prevention platform.
- Deliver compelling, story-driven product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements from scoping to validation.
- Translate complex security and networking concepts into clear business value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless deployments.
- Provide technical training and enablement for both customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney to align with customer time zones.
- Expert-level understanding of HTTP and modern web application technologies.
- Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools and network analyzers.
- Solid grasp of layer 4 and 7 networking, including load balancing and reverse proxies.
- Experience working with CDN platforms such as CloudFront, Cloudflare, or Akamai.
- Deep understanding of web application architecture and SDK integration.
