What you will do

  • Manage and develop strategically assigned clients and drive business development within the ANZ region.
  • Identify growth opportunities within new and existing accounts to diversify service offerings.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key line managers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Coordinate account health across sales, delivery, and finance to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop client-specific SOPs and maintain candidate hotlists to proactively market talent.
  • Monitor delivery and ensure all SLAs and contractual terms are met compliantly.

Requirements

  • Proven record in account acquisition and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Ability to network at a senior level and travel within the region to client locations.
  • Experience leading strategic projects and analyzing potential service line scopes.
  • Strong time management, structured thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
