What you will do

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and performance of cloud-based data solutions.
• Manage teams responsible for data acquisition, integration, and serving applications.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering DevOps team to improve data service availability and usability.
• Execute strategic and tactical direction for the Rental domain data engineering efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT solution teams leveraging Rental data assets.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or the immediate surrounding area.
• 6+ years of related experience in IT roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams within a large enterprise IT organization.
• Proven experience in people management, including career planning and performance reviews.
• Background in cloud data engineering or data warehousing and reporting environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions.
