What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and mechanical components independently.
• Perform teardowns, inspections, and rebuilds on pumps, cylinders, valves, and gearboxes.
• Determine the root cause of failures through detailed component inspection.
• Replace seals, bearings, and worn components while ensuring precise tolerances.
• Test repaired components to verify functionality and reliability.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and document all repair findings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hydraulic repair experience.
• Industrial hydraulics experience is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Machining or fabrication experience.
