What you will do

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including trend, margin, and actuals vs. forecast/budget variance analysis.
• Develop professional executive-level management presentations and slide decks to translate complex data into insights.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards to transition from static reports to dynamic, self-service analytics.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements for automated variance commentary, data validation, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and Data teams to translate business use cases into scalable AI solutions.
• Support data validation and integrity across ERP, BI, and downstream reporting tools.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions (no sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or FP&A roles.
• Direct experience with ERP/financial systems, preferably Deltek Vision.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and demonstrated interest or experience with AI automation in finance.
