What you will do

• Operate and monitor CNC lathes and milling machines to ensure production consistency.
• Perform machining tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Document product specifications in accordance with quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with fellow operators and quality teams to maintain high output standards.
• Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety practices and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Basic math skills and commitment to safety regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug testing.

Nice to have

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with CNC lathes or milling machines.
• Experience with tooling replacement and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
