Scrum Master (Fintech)

TL;DR

Scrum Master (Fintech): Consulting on complex initiatives and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile methodologies with an accent on enterprise-level delivery management. Focus on removing systemic impediments, scaling Agile transformations, and coordinating release delivery across multiple teams.

Location: Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina

Compensation: $63–$66 per hour

What you will do

• Consult on complex initiatives and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile.
• Enable delivery planning, execution, and dependency management across multiple teams.
• Remove systemic and cross-team impediments impacting delivery flow.
• Lead and influence Agile scaling and transformation efforts.
• Coordinate enterprise release delivery activities and support change management.
• Coach Scrum Masters, teams, and leaders toward high-performing Agile behaviors.

Requirements

• 5 years of Scrum or Agile experience or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Lead Scrum Master, or Senior Scrum Master.
• Experience supporting a minimum of 3 Agile teams simultaneously.
• Strong background in Agile transformation and scaling strategies.
• Experience operating in a large enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, especially treasury or balance sheet-related domains.
• Experience with cloud transformation initiatives, including Azure migration.
• Exposure to or understanding of evolving AI delivery lifecycles.
