Location: Hybrid: Must be based in North Andover, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Participate in the overall management of imports and exports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Align and standardize material data for Customs activities across various countries.
• Compare internal company reports to Customs broker data and highlight discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure all Customs records are accurately documented by entity.
• Update monthly Customs reports and create presentations on audit data to identify root causes.

Requirements

• Background in International Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interfacing with internal departments.
• Ability to be proactive and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
