Senior Plumbing Engineer

What you will do

• Design, evaluate, and plan plumbing systems for healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and data centers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Serve as primary client contact for plumbing design and provide technical direction.
• Oversee preparation of technical drawings, bid documents, and Revit models.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and resolve complex problems using analytical tools.
• Engage in business development, proposal development, and mentoring engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience engineering and managing plumbing systems projects.
• Advanced expertise with Autodesk software (Revit, Navisworks).
• High-level knowledge of California Building Code (CBC) and HCAI requirements.
• Experience at a design engineering firm; P.E. registration preferred.
• Ability to perform complex plumbing calculations and site assessments.
