TL;DR
Maintenance Mechanic Lead (Manufacturing): Assisting the supervisor in all operations of the maintenance department, planning and directing day-to-day labor responsibilities, and prioritizing resources to ensure accuracy and quality. Focus on troubleshooting CNC-based equipment and mechanical issues, repairing complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems, and supporting new product development at the maintenance level.
Location: Must work at the Company’s location in Germantown, WI

What you will do
- Run the department's day-to-day operations and be accountable for department metrics (SQDCI).
- Delegate operational tasks to the team and communicate with other company departments.
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot CNC-based equipment and mechanical issues.
- Repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
- Perform precision maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
- Support and troubleshoot FANUC robotics cells, including knowledge of safety.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of previous leadership experience.
- Journeyman certification or equivalent recognized trade qualification in Industrial Mechanics/Millwright.
- 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of Continuous Pouring Equipment for Composite Production.
- Electrical minor or equivalent.
