Maintenance Mechanic Lead (Manufacturing)

Maintenance Mechanic Lead (Manufacturing): Assisting the supervisor in all operations of the maintenance department, planning and directing day-to-day labor responsibilities, and prioritizing resources to ensure accuracy and quality. Focus on troubleshooting CNC-based equipment and mechanical issues, repairing complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems, and supporting new product development at the maintenance level.

What you will do

• Run the department's day-to-day operations and be accountable for department metrics (SQDCI).
• Delegate operational tasks to the team and communicate with other company departments.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot CNC-based equipment and mechanical issues.
• Repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Perform precision maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot FANUC robotics cells, including knowledge of safety.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of previous leadership experience.
• Journeyman certification or equivalent recognized trade qualification in Industrial Mechanics/Millwright.
• 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Pouring Equipment for Composite Production.
• Electrical minor or equivalent.
