Focus on accelerating ideation-to-production delivery while collaborating across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product.

Location: New York City (NYC HQ), hybrid (3 days in the office per week)

What you will do

• Partner with strategic startup customers as a technical thought partner to build novel applications on the hirify.global API and move from ideation to scale.
• Provide proactive technical guidance to maximize business impact and accelerate application development.
• Experiment and prototype alongside customers to demonstrate practical use cases.
• Contribute to open-source resources by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing useful materials.
• Synthesize and deliver high-fidelity feedback to Product and Research teams.
• Build relationships in the startup ecosystem as a technical partner to customers and the broader community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or equivalent (startup environment preferred).
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with strong grasp of AI/LLM best practices.
• Experience building and/or delivering prototypes on top of an API platform.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities to maximize customer business value using the hirify.global API.
• Ownership mindset: solve problems end-to-end and quickly fill knowledge gaps to get the job done.
• Effective execution across multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritization.
