Salary: $142,240 – $208,615 plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Own the North American Institutional Solutions product and market strategy to drive profitable growth.
• Drive margin improvement through product mix optimization, disciplined pricing, and regional supply strategy.
• Manage the NPI (New Product Introduction) growth plan in alignment with global and regional teams.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and partner with Sales and Operations to improve plant absorption.
• Collaborate with pricing teams and support key deal proposal development to increase win rates.
• Translate complex or low-quality data into actionable insights for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant product lines/markets with a strong background in pricing.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and prompt engineering to solve real business problems.
• Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, and data flows.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
