Product Manager (Thermal Management)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and lifecycle management for Large Thermal offerings, focusing on the Americas region.
• Develop business cases through ideation, development, and launch.
• Drive product line profitability through VAVE and cost reduction efforts.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop roadmaps.
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation and sales enablement tools, including product demos.
• Manage list pricing, discounts, and volume forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical degree.
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, strategic planning, or marketing.
• Experience with Thermal Management systems used in Data Center applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Smartsheet.
• Strong competence in data analysis and project management.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required (no sponsorship provided).
