What you will do

• Own the architecture and evolution of shared AI platform components and libraries.
• Design and build CI/CD patterns, deployment pipelines, and observability tooling for agentic systems.
• Lead the adoption of AI tooling, including coding assistants and evaluation frameworks.
• Manage the full SDLC from requirements shaping to deployment and monitoring.
• Articulate technical vision and mentor engineers to foster a high-performance environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with deep backend or full-stack proficiency.
• Strong AWS experience including Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Proven track record building developer platforms and delivery systems for rapid AI feature shipping.
• Expert-level understanding of agentic system design (orchestration, memory, retrieval, evaluation).
• Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Demonstrated experience delivering production, client-facing agentic solutions end-to-end.
